About Liquidline
Liquidline supply refreshment solutions to high end business customers nationwide. Our customers are commercial entities who take pride in quality refreshments for their employees and/or clients.
The Role
You will work alongside our Sales Team, providing a ‘wow’ customer experience by ensuring exceptional quality and accuracy in the setup of the customer accounts and the installation process.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Responsible for the on boarding of all installations
- Liaise closely with the Sales & Operations teams
- Building and nurturing customer relationships
- Managing customer questions/queries
- Management of all contract documentation
- Driving additional sales of products and services
- Office Management
Essential skills and capabilities needed:
- Exceptional communication & organisational skills
- An ability to work under pressure
- Effective team working
- Ability to work using your own initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
