We’re looking for a brilliant and experienced Field Service Engineer to support our continued success in delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role
The ideal candidate will have a passion for great coffee with experience of bean to cup coffee machines. The individual must have a positive and proactive approach, alongside knowledge of the refreshment market.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- The delivery of exceptional customer service through the installation of equipment.
- The effective and efficient repair and preventative maintenance of equipment.
Essential skills and capabilities needed:
- Proven technical experience of bean to cup coffee machines.
- Passion for delivering great customer service.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for great coffee.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and proactive approach to handle day to day situations.
- Results-driven.
We will provide a comprehensive training programme to get you up to speed.
