Eye World is an independent optician based in Westport, County Mayo. Founded in 2005 by Clodagh McGoven. Clodagh and her team are proud to have created a modern practice that strives to stay ahead with technology and are keen to implement the latest equipment that offers the best ways to enhance the customer experience.

Eye World approached Liquidline three years ago in an effort to improve its customer service levels. They felt that the minimum requirement for their clients was to have free wi-fi and a good cup of coffee as they waited for their appointment or indeed have a coffee as they browsed through the beautiful frame in the shop. This is where Liquidline comes in!

Our experienced sales team worked closely with Eye World to ensure they received a coffee machine that would fully meet the needs of the practice. Since introducing the coffee machine into the practice the feedback received has been nothing but positive and it brings a smile to everyone when they are handed a delicious coffee in a customised cup. The biggest compliments have come from children enjoying the hot chocolate from the machine, the look of sheer joy on their faces and regular comments of ‘it’s the best!’ The Liquidline drinks machine is loved but adults and children alike.
