Overview & Opportunity

Our client is a global law firm with over 40 offices worldwide. Its goal is to be a leading global business by delivering quality and value to all its clients, a standard that’s reflected in our own mission at Liquidline.

With plans to ramp up its presence in Ireland, they invested in a new 30,000 square foot office at Molesworth Street in Dublin. Spread over four floors, the site provides ample space for its current workforce as well as room for further expansion.

Solutions

The client already had a Franke coffee machine that needed to be moved over to the new office, but with a higher headcount, additional beverage capacity was also required.

With a very specific list of requirements, our team sourced three Necta Kalea Espresso machines for the client, which were installed alongside three of our Zip Hydrotaps for instant boiling and chilled water.

Working alongside office fit out company Unispace, we orchestrated the move of their existing equipment, along with organising a seamless installation of the new machines.

Unlike many of our competitors, our project management team align themselves with architects and interior designer early on in the design process, ensuring there is sufficient space and access to the correct utilities before our engineers arrive on site.

With their new machines installed and their team moved into the new office space, our client has access to our full catalogue of nation loved consumables, enabling them to enjoy coffee and other refreshments cup after cup – from carefully sourced coffee beans to sustainable tea bags, branded crockery, cleaning products and more.

When installing any machine our engineers provide onsite training to not only operate but also to clean and maintain our equipment. As part of our ongoing commitment to our customers we’ll also provide technical assistance should there be a fault with the machine, as well as providing ongoing servicing and preventative maintenance when required.
