An Improved Refreshment Experience at Blackberry Hearing

Following a glowing recommendation from a business contact, Blackberry Hearing reached out to Liquidline to deliver a tailored solution for their coffee and water needs.

To help Blackberry Hearing make the best choice, Liquidline invited General Manager Matt Gleeson and Head of Data Luke (both avid coffee lovers) to the Dublin showroom. There, they explored a range of coffee machines and water dispensers, as well as participated in a coffee cupping session to sample some of Liquidline’s most popular blends.

After a thorough consultation, the team selected the Schaerer Club Coffee Machine. This compact yet powerful machine grinds beans on demand for the freshest coffee while featuring an automatic fresh milk foaming system and an additional hopper for hot chocolate powder.

Key features like adjustable brewing settings, milk foam customisation, and a sleek 7-inch touchscreen made the Schaerer Club the perfect choice for Blackberry Hearing’s modern office kitchen.

In addition to premium coffee, the team opted for the Oasis Kalix freestanding water cooler, which provides chilled and ambient water. This mess-free, plumbed-in solution ensures the entire team can stay hydrated throughout the day.

The new coffee and water solutions have transformed Blackberry Hearing’s office refreshments, earning rave reviews from staff and visitors. Team members particularly appreciate the Schaerer Club’s flexibility, allowing them to tailor their beverages to their exact preferences. No, each portal invitation is unique and linked to a single email address, so it can’t be forwarded.

If you’d like to change the Portal Administrator or give someone else ordering access, contact our Customer Service team using the details above. Once updated, the new contact will receive their own welcome email with instructions on how to access My Account.

How do I enable ‘My Account’ access to other employees?  

Go to Settings > Contacts > Enable/Disable all contacts or add a new contact.

My Account

I have logged in to ‘My Account’, but I cannot access multiple accounts. Why is that?

If you’re only seeing one account, it’s usually because:

  1. Your email address is currently linked to a single account, or
  2. A Portal Administrator within your organisation hasn’t yet enabled access to additional accounts.

What if I need an engineer on-site?

If a visit is needed, we’ll dispatch an Ireland-based engineer promptly. They carry common spare parts and will diagnose, repair and test your machine before sign-off to minimise repeat visits.
