Streamlined Solutions for a Purpose-Driven Workplace

We recommend the Schaerer Skye coffee machine with fresh milk and a Billi Water Tap in chrome for on-demand ambient, chilled, sparkling, and hot water. Both solutions are ideal for a high-traffic office environment, delivering premium refreshments while aligning with Slalom’s sustainability goals. In this phase of rapid expansion, Slalom prioritised creating a welcoming environment that could serve both current employees, and new ones.

The fit-out process, headed up by a leading fitout contractor in Ireland, was seamlessly supported by a dedicated account manager from Liquidline, who worked closely with the team on-site to ensure precise installation of the new equipment. Our local presence in Dublin enabled us to handle needs quickly, including advising on fit-out specifics, such as the necessary fittings for the Billi Tap, ensuring the solution was not only functional but also perfectly suited to Slalom’s new space and aesthetic. Our responsiveness was especially valuable when Slalom’s move-in date was unexpectedly moved forward, allowing us to adapt swiftly and complete the installation ahead of schedule.

Can I forward the ‘My Account’ email I received to someone else in the business so they can order?

No, each portal invitation is unique and linked to a single email address, so it can’t be forwarded.

If you’d like to change the Portal Administrator or give someone else ordering access, contact our Customer Service team using the details above. Once updated, the new contact will receive their own welcome email with instructions on how to access My Account.

How do I enable ‘My Account’ access to other employees?  

Go to Settings > Contacts > Enable/Disable all contacts or add a new contact.

My Account

I have logged in to ‘My Account’, but I cannot access multiple accounts. Why is that?

If you’re only seeing one account, it’s usually because:

  1. Your email address is currently linked to a single account, or
  2. A Portal Administrator within your organisation hasn’t yet enabled access to additional accounts.

What if I need an engineer on-site?

If a visit is needed, we’ll dispatch an Ireland-based engineer promptly. They carry common spare parts and will diagnose, repair and test your machine before sign-off to minimise repeat visits.
