How long do refunds take?
Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Who covers return shipping?
If the return isn’t due to an error on Liquidline’s end or a product fault, the customer covers return shipping. But we will confirm costs with you before proceeding.
Can I return consumables?
If raised within 24 hours of delivery, your consumable products are eligible for return, provided they’re unopened, in date and in original packaging. Contact Customer Service to arrange collection and authorisation, at [email protected] or call us on 01 263 6363.
Once in contact with the team, they will provide a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions on what to do next. Please note, we do not accept returns on anything opened, used or custom-ordered unless they are incorrect, broken or faulty.
Can I choose a specific delivery window?
While we cannot guarantee exact time slots, we will try our best to offer morning delivery options where possible. We should also be able to provide estimated delivery times on the day of dispatch through DPD Ireland.
What are the minimum orders for water and CO2?
- Bottled water: minimum 4 bottles
- CO₂ cylinders: 600g min 6, 1200g and Zip canisters min 4
How are orders fulfilled and shipped?
Orders are processed and dispatched from our Irish warehouse (TDS). We ship across NI and ROI via DPD Ireland for reliable, trackable delivery.
What are the order minimums for free delivery?
- Northern Ireland: Free delivery from £150 (ex VAT). Orders under this incur a £10.50 (ex VAT) delivery charge.
- Republic of Ireland: Free delivery from €300 (ex VAT). Orders under this incur a €12.50 (ex VAT) delivery charge.
How do I update my delivery address?
You can edit your saved address in your account settings so your orders always arrive where they’re needed.
What if an item in my subscription is out of stock?
We’ll let you know as soon as possible, giving you the option to replace the item, delay the order, or wait until it’s available again.
Is there a discount for subscribing?
Not currently, the main benefit of this service is all about convenience and ensuring you never run out of the essentials your business relies on. Saving your team time by reducing the need for additional admin.
Can I add one-time purchases to my subscription order?
Yes, just add them to your basket at checkout, and they’ll arrive with your subscription delivery.
Will I be notified before my subscription order ships?
Yes, we’ll email you before each subscription is processed so you have time to review and make changes if needed.
