Please Note: If coffee and or water machines have not been used for 4 plus months, then it is possible legionella could exist in the water supply.  Liquidline is not responsible for the customer’s water supply and a competent person should routinely check, inspect and clean water systems to ensure the water supply is safe.

Commercial Coffee Machines

First Machine: £160
Each Subsequent Machine: £80

  • A full valet clean and recommission.
  • Machine cleaning cycle and milk cleaning cycles completed.
  • Flush the water supply and internal pipework of the machine.
  • Check and adjustment of the grinder to ensure the perfect drink.
  • Check and adjustment of the coffee brewer to optimise your coffee flavour.

Hot Water Boilers

First Machine: £80
Each Subsequent Machine: £50

  • A full valet clean and system recommission.
  • Flush the internal pipework of the machine.
  • Sanitisation of the boiler internally and externally.
  • Sanitisation of the taps, buttons and nozzle.
  • Descaling of the system and taps.

Occasionally, emails can be delayed or filtered incorrectly, so make sure to check the spam folder. My Account

Can I forward the ‘My Account’ email I received to someone else in the business so they can order?

No, each portal invitation is unique and linked to a single email address, so it can’t be forwarded.

If you’d like to change the Portal Administrator or give someone else ordering access, contact our Customer Service team using the details above. Once updated, the new contact will receive their own welcome email with instructions on how to access My Account.

How do I enable ‘My Account’ access to other employees?  

Go to Settings > Contacts > Enable/Disable all contacts or add a new contact.

My Account

I have logged in to ‘My Account’, but I cannot access multiple accounts. Why is that?

If you’re only seeing one account, it’s usually because:

  1. Your email address is currently linked to a single account, or
  2. A Portal Administrator within your organisation hasn’t yet enabled access to additional accounts.

What if I need an engineer on-site?

If a visit is needed, we’ll dispatch an Ireland-based engineer promptly. They carry common spare parts and will diagnose, repair and test your machine before sign-off to minimise repeat visits.
