When choosing a coffee machine for your workplace, office or commercial space, you’ll need to take into consideration the following:
Demand & volume – How many people will be using your machine and how many cups per day will be produced? Our range of commercial coffee machines are capable of producing between 20 and 250+ cups of coffee per day.
Variety of drinks – How many types of drinks would you like to offer? With a great cup of coffee becoming more important in the workplace, and the types of drinks available becoming more diverse, many of our customers are opting for a mid to top of the range bean to cup machine that’s capable of producing up to 12 different barista quality drinks.
Coffee quality – The overall taste of coffee depends on how recently the beans were ground. When ground, coffee beans release oils that preserve the taste, so the fresher the coffee, the better the finished product. Whilst you can grind your own beans for filter coffee machines, it can be time and labour intensive in big quantities, whereas a bean-to-cup coffee machine will grind the beans on demand, whenever you want a coffee.
Operation – Many of our machines come with an integrated LED touch screen, providing clean instructions on operation and making self-service a breeze. Some models are also available with touchless technology so they can be operated via a smartphone, reducing common touch points within the working space.
Cleaning & maintenance – Different commercial coffee machines require different degrees of upkeep to ensure they are operating correctly. Most modern bean-to-cup machines include automatic cleaning and descaling programmes, whilst more manual machines may need to be cleaned by hand.
